Great News!!!

Hi All,
Boy I have been chomping at the bit over this for a week!  I wanted to make sure I could pull it together before I told you~

Ok So here it is...As you know I have a section in Stars n Scraps Quilt ShopStars and Scraps Quilt Shop in Corona, California in  Corona right?
Well they will have a booth in Road 2 California,(large quilt show in Ontario Convention Center) as every year, but this year they are taking ME with them,  well my patterns anyway!  I am going to Road!!!  I will have a section in their spot!!!  I cannot believe how generous they are!  I am just a small timer, But I get to go to the Big Show!!!  I am so thankful...to Raquel and Pam as well as the whole wonderful Staff there!  They will be in the main hall on row 300!! They are excited to be in the main hall this year and to have a bigger space as well.

I hope things go well, I hope people like my patterns, I hope Stars n Scraps sell a lot of kits n fabric...This is a great show lots of people attend and lots of great vendors will be there!  I can't wait to go, it's my favorite quilt show...

This looks like a slow day? HA! Or maybe towards the very beginning of the day, if you look at the top portion of the picture you can see the hoards of people coming in! Most of the show is shoulder to shoulder...hard to see everything and harder to keep track of your friends who went with you!  lol   best way for me to do the show is set up a meeting place at the end of each isle or block of vendors, so you won't loose any time waiting for each other in each booth...then you can look without worry!  I went to the show by myself one year...I ran into more people I knew while I was there than if I had people with me, so it wasn't too bad going stag!  lol! Bring a tote bag to carry all your purchases and light jacket with you, it does get warm in there, no carts or strollers allowed, cash is always better, but most will take credit cards now, there are places inside to eat, its expensive but you do need to eat!

Amazing quilts, designs you can't believe, images you won't believe someone created that from fabric!  Incredible talent there!  It starts my creativity flowing and I feel so good to be in the presence of such talented artists!

Well I hope you get a chance to go...maybe I will see you there on Thursday I will most likely be there all day.  Drive safe, and be ready to shop, these vendors work very hard to put together a show to spark your imagination and stir your creativity!!!

Stop by Stars n Scraps and tell them Wildoberry Farms Sent you over!  That would be very nice for them to hear!!!  xo

Thank you all so very much for your never ending support and love!  I am grateful for each of you who log in to read my latest babbles, purchase my patterns or just send me such lovely comments!!!  It just blows my mind!!!  Thank you all, God Bless you !!!

Post Turkey Coma...

Good Morning Friends!

Did you all have a Happy Thanksgiving? We had a very low key Turkey day this year.  I remember last year we had been taking care of my dad who was sick, and I just made dinner for the 5 of us. This year my daddy is healthy, (Thank God) and we were able to have him and my sis in law with her husband this year. It was a food ladened afternoon, I only cook for 500 people on holidays even if there is only 7.  Needless to say we shall have turkey everything for the next few nights.

This year my daughter came to me and asked if we can make a new tradition starting this year.  I said sure what did you have in mind and she told me she wanted to help me cook!  Of course I was all for that! Heck yea I said!  So she prepped the Turkey, made the mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and finished off the yams. She set a beautiful table and helped me stay focused on what was important. Love~Laughter~and~ Family!  It was the most least stressful Thanksgiving ever.  It was so fun, I can't wait for next Thanksgiving for us to cook together again. (Maybe I won't let it go that long, maybe she will be helping me say like a Tues night)! lol

I hope you all had time to sort out what you are truly Thankful for. I am thankful for so many things, good, bad and otherwise!  I wouldn't be where I am today if anything in my life had changed one bit.

Thank you to my followers and friends for being in my life, because you are here in my life, I am a better person, and my heart is overflowing!

Here is to another Thanksgiving we were able to share, and here is to many more to come!  May all your days be Blessed, and may you find one thing an hour to be thankful for!

Have a great weekend and squeeze a good nap in if you can!  Nothing like a Sunday nap! zzz!
Thank you for reading my babbles and for stopping over!

Pictures of Stars n Scraps

Good Morning!
Here are the pics I promised of the trunk show going on now at Stars n Scraps in Corona...I hope you get a chance to get over there, its such a darling shop and the staff is so nice!
I went down there recently to restock ( yes, that was a great call..."we are out of this and this and this..." yeah!) Anyhoo...I got to spend the afternoon with my friend Maryjane from Beehive Cottage...we had a blast, chatting and laughing on the drive over. She had never been to Stars n Scraps before and fell in love with the shop.  Then from there we enjoyed a little shopping and lunching at Toms Farms before we headed home.  I got the grand tour of her beloved chickens and the darling coop they live in.  Lucky chicks for sure! If you ever wondered if Maryjane really lives the life she talks about in her blog "Beehive Cottage"  Let me assure you she does, her home is beautiful and when you walk in you can feel the love, as it is in every detail. I am so blessed to call her my friend!   We had a great day!  Can't wait to do it again soon!  ox to you Maryjane!

Well I hope you Enjoy your day, as I am off to create more goods,  getting ready for Vintage Marketplace in Dec.
